Work through this repair order

1. Confirm the client is current

Restart Steam, open Downloads and finish the WARDOGS update. A client on the wrong build can open normally while failing to return a useful server list.

2. Use the correct browser

Patch 0.11 separated Official and Community servers into two views. Do not assume an empty Community result means all official servers are unavailable.

3. Reset Community filters

Remove text search, region, ping and population limits. Turn on the options that reveal empty or full servers. Then add one filter back at a time.

4. Search by persistent ID

Community server IDs persist through map changes and restarts after Patch 0.11. If a server operator gives you an ID, use that rather than a partial name.

5. Separate Steam from local networking

Check whether Steam Community and other online games connect. Restart the router only after you know the issue is limited to your connection. A one-time mobile-hotspot test can help separate local routing from a wider incident.
